Send interior photos, an online listing or phone snaps, to sales@cardorentals.com. You'll get a furnishing estimate and decorator's fee by email.

Once you decide, we set up your management and decorating agreements so your home is ready to start.

2-hour prep walkthrough

Your decorator visits and notes maintenance, deep-cleaning, and junk-removal needs, shared with your Owner Services Manager and trusted vendors.

Paint, handyman work, kitchen kits, furniture and decor: sourced, built, styled, and staged photo-ready for launch.
