Become a referral partnerWhat you earn
A referral fee on every home that goes live.
A one-time fee paid to your brokerage after a referred home signs a Cardo management agreement and goes live.
For homes we expect to produce more than $150,000 in annual gross booking revenue, based on our good-faith underwriting.
Referral fees are paid to the referring brokerage — not directly to an individual agent — after the home signs, onboarding is substantially complete, and the listing is live. See the Broker Referral Agreement for full terms.

Annual two-night stay
While at least one referred home stays active, request one approved two-night stay each year — nightly rate and standard cleaning fee included.
Review stays
Stay at any Cardo-managed property for just the standard cleaning fee, so you can speak to the guest experience firsthand. Subject to availability and approval.
In-home agent placement
Approved agent and brokerage information can be displayed inside referred homes for guests considering a future purchase in the area.

We underwrite the home, confirm it can operate as a vacation rental, and set the fee tier.

The owner signs, we onboard and launch the listing. You’re hands-off from here.

Your brokerage is paid within 30 days of the home going live.
