Falcon came to us inherited and frozen in time — good bones and an unbeatable bluff location, buried under decades of mismatched furniture. The owner lived out of state and had neither the time nor the appetite to manage a renovation from afar, so they approved our plan and stepped back entirely.
Our design team cleared the home, repainted throughout, and furnished every room to make the most of the light and the view. We sourced and shipped the furniture, hung the art, stocked the kitchen, and staged it for the photographer — start to finish on a single invoice.
Five weeks later Falcon launched fully styled and photographed, and settled into the top tier of its La Jolla market at 57% above comparable homes.
